Bodyguards have a very varied workload, that’s for sure. If you’re interested in one of those careers where no two days are the same, then maybe you should think about being a bodyguard. Call your local job center for details on how to train to become a bodyguard! Okay, only joking, it’s not quite that easy, but being a bodyguard can be exciting, and different, and you might get the opportunity to travel, and it also has extremely boring moments.
Let’s take a look at “A Day In The Life Of A Bodyguard” . . . remember, this won’t be every day!
- Posted at the perimeter of a fence and left there for hours to guard it . . . not a very good bodyguard call!
- Driving your client from place to place, lunch with other celebrity friends, shopping at all the best stores . . . good bodyguard call!
- Watching your clients eating their seafood lunch with celebrity friends whilst nibbling on a granola bar . . . not a good bodyguard call!
- Searching hotel room in advance of client arrival, looking for bugs, paparazzi, security threats . . . not a very exciting bodyguard call!
- Sitting up all night outside the hotel room door whilst the client sleeps like a baby inside . . . very boring bodyguard call!
- Turning a blind eye when other celebrities sneak out of the room at 4am . . . interesting bodyguard call, but of course you’re not allowed to tell anybody, you’re a trusted professional!
